that is the goal of the match
A direct free kick is a method of restarting play in a game of association football (soccer) following a foul. Unlike an indirect free kick, a goal may be scored directly against the opposing side without the ball having first touched another player.A direct free kick is awarded to the opposing team when a player commits a penal foul, for example pushing or tripping an opponent. However, if the offence was committed within the fouling team's penalty area, the kick becomes a penalty kick. The kick is taken from where the foul occurred, unless that was within the fouled team's goal area, in which case it may be taken from anywhere within the goal area. The ball should be stationary prior to being kicked. Opponents must remain 10 yards (9.15 m) from the ball (and also outside of the penalty area if the kick is taken from within the penalty area) until the ball is in play.

Here it is: my personal challenge for the week. The same biped jumping, double kick with a 360, land roll, and kip-up. This was fun. Lots. Seriously. It was a good challenge for me. I really had to concentrate on the weight of the legs and feet. The roll proved to be the most difficult part. I kept adjusting the animation here and there, but it kept wobbling on itself, so i deleted all the keys, rotated the Main biped bone, and it was completely fixed. Sometimes you have to go back to basics. The animation is a bit fast, so I'm going to cut the speed in half, render it, and post it again, fixed.
Enjoy!

"Don't kick up. Kick down. The body weight down and forward. Turn your hip." These are all common concepts. But, 99% of martial artists in the US including many instructors have no idea about what they really mean or how they all fit together. That's why they can't use their kicks in fighting. With these concepts covered, you begin using your body weight in kicking in the same way you do in punching, making it possible to use kicks like jabs in combinations. Kicks demystified.
