Young lady, the sole source I used when I boxed years ago was Ringside Products. They have cost-effective, durable and professional equipment. It's a great company.

They no doubt know how women's gloves are different. I'd say they're probably lighter weight for sure, a bit slimmer (having a smaller "fist" area allowance) and perhaps have a more reinforced wrist area. And as noted by a previous answerer, they may have added padding.

But human hands are human hands, after all, and there's only so much difference gender-specific gloves could possible have.

In case you're unfamiliar with Ringside, I provided the following info -- just in case.

I reviewed their website recently, and it does appear that they carry (possibly it's my bias because they're pink in color) boxing gloves specifically for women.

And in checking further, Ringside does indeed have kid's and women's sections.

Ringside also carries the brands other users have listed. Also, I recommend you always use proper handwraps. I've found the "slightly elastic ones" to be much better. And remember to place them in some netted bag (I think I recall women I've known use them) or pillowcase when you machine wash handwraps, because they will "wrap around" and choke the machine's spindle agitator if left free.

Also, I recommend not machine drying handwraps. I found they curl and deteriorate quickly that way. Just flatten them and air dry. The "slightly elastic" ones dry fast.

Grant gloves are the best.

Women's boxing gloves probably have more padding.
References :
it could be that it was your time of the month, ive gotten really bad headaches during that time. Lightheadeness could be caused by your period or just the simple fact that you are not used to working out this much because your body hasnt been exposed to this kind of exercise in a month. Aspirin will definately help, but if your lightheaded you shuld like lie down and rest for a few minutes as well.
