Is this enough cardio for the week?

I take an hour class of cardio kick boxing 3 times a week. Then sometimes I add a mile run once a week.
Is this enough cardio? I’m trying to lose weight…
Lol yeah, I’m overweight… I weigh about 170 pounds and for my height I should be around 120.
I’m trying my best to eat healthy.. =]
the idea of cardio ex is to sweat and reach a goal level so three times a week of controlled ex is ok…however any of this for that purpose should be monitored by a health care professional if you have any kind of health problem that is being maintained….

Seems good, try eating healthy also, and you ae probably not even fat?
