Is an hour class at my recreation center enough exercise in a day for weight loss? Five Stars!?

Each day of the week is a different class such as:
cardio sculpt, or step classes, kick boxing etc.
They are level 4 classes(out of 5 levels)
and go for one hour with cardio and weight training

Do you think it’s enough exercise in a day for me?
Im trying to lose 20ish pounds in two months by the way

Provided you have a good, balanced diet and don’t consume an absurd amount of calories, you’ll be fine. Be patient and you’ll notice changes on your body. :)

    If you diet correctly you should be able to reach your goal fairly easy.

    There’s no need to exhaust yourself. You have to be patient when losing weight. You can’t expect it to happen over night.
