As a starter, two days is fine, especially, if you’re doing it for exercise purpose. Over time you can gradually increase your workout time.

this is good for when you first start for the first 3-5 months but after that you must increase the number of times you train. It is also important to have 1 day a week for non-boxing exercises that include such things as… pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, knees to elbows, air squats, air lunges, exercises the the medicine ball, box jumps, jump-rope, run (long distance and sprints), swim laps (if you have access to pool or lake), etc the best type of general work out is high intensity interval training. for example do 1 min. sprint (outside or treadmill), 1 min. jump-rope, 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 10 air squats and do this for 8 rounds. also it is important to change your work-out all the time so you don’t overwork any muscles. doing so in fact results in getting weaker not stronger. good luck and if you have any specific questions feel free to send me a message

are you training for a fight? If not then if it’s just to stay healthy and exercise I suppose it’s fine. However if you are training for a fight add some roadwork and amp it up to 5-6 days a week
