Here’s a taste of a multi-level boxing class offered at Pugs Boxing Club at the School of Hard Knocks Boxing Academy in Crystal Lake, Illinois. The classes are a full-body cardio-vascular work-out designed to get participants into fighting shape. Advanced classes are also available as are personal training packages, amateur boxing team and managerial services/training for professional boxers. Head trainer, GaryDobry has trained numerous champions and celebs including Jose Hernandez, Obed Sullivan, Bears All-Pro Center, Olin Kreutz andd Celeb Boxing Champion, Danny Bonaduce.
Classes are Coed.
Youth Program offered to those under 17 years of age.
